Cilento Apartment Regulation

General information

The apartment Cilento Apartment is rented for weekly periods in July and August, while in the remaining months of the year for minimum periods of 3 days. Arrivals and departures are exclusively on Sundays for weekly stays in July and August, while it is free in other periods of the year.

Booking and Deposit

Within 48h from the written or telephone confirmation of the reservation, you must pay the deposit corresponding to 50% of the cost of the apartment for the chosen period of stay and sent a copy of the payment by email. The reservation becomes final only after receipt of the latter. Upon receipt of the deposit, a copy of the acceptance of the reservation will be sent to your email address. The copy of the acceptance must be kept and shown on the day of the checkin.

Arrival, balance and departure

Once in the apartment, the occupant must necessarily provide an identity document. The total balance of the stay must be paid on arrival in cash only.

Prices

The agreed price includes the use of the accommodation, all utilities, weekly cleaning services ( linens and towels). Rates do not include the daily tourist tax required for each guest, which must be paid in full cash upon arrival ( 1 euro per person per day for a maximum of 5 consecutive days). Upon check-in, a damage deposit of € 200,00 must be paid. The deposit will be returned on departure, after check, unless damage or deficiencies. If the damage is higher than the deposit, the difference will be quantified and required.

Number of occupants

It will not be allowed the reservation of a number of people higher then the one indicated on the site as the maximum capacity of the apartment. The arrival of a greater number of people than the one booked, cancels the reservation of the stay with the loss of the advance. During the stay it is absolutely forbidden to stay in the apartment to people other than those registered at the checkin. Sublease is prohibited.

Checkin - Checkout

Arrivals are scheduled on Saturday from 4pm to 7pm. Early arrivals cannot be considered for organizational problems, instead any late arrivals must be communicated at the time of booking.
Departures will take place within 10am on the Saturday of departure. There is no possibility of postponing checkout.
The client who will not occupy the booked accommodation on the scheduled day of arrival without having given timely notice is intended as a waiver and the administration of Cilento Apartment will be free to retain the deposit and to dispose of the accommodation.
The apartment, furniture and objects must remain in the good condition in which they were received at the beginning of the stay.
The customer is required to have the utmost care of the property entrusted to him, of the furniture and of the domestic equipments and to make present to the property any deficiencies or breakages within the 24h from the arrival in order to avoid that it can be later held responsible for the relative damages.
No luggage storage service in any case. In the case of non-arrival on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, the total cost of the booked stay will be due without refunds or reductions.

Personal items

Each guest is required to keep with care their personal belongings, therefore we disclaim all liability for any loss and/ or loss.

Non-smokers

Cilento apartment is non-smoking, so smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Waste

The delivery of the waste must take place in the manner and days that will be indicated in the welcome book.

Protection of privacy

The personal data provided by guests will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations imposed by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n 196 exclusively for purposes related to commercial relations and compliance with civil, accounting and tax rules.

Dispute

For any dispute will be competent only the court of Lagonegro (PZ). For any controversy that may arise regarding the contents and translations into other languages of the texts on this website, the property certifies that the Italian text is the indisputable one.

Regulation acceptance

This regulation is fully accepted with the confirmation of the reservation.

Pets

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Cilento Appartments.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation, which must be done by email, our policy is the following: Refund of 50% of the deposit for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival;
Refund of 20% of the deposit for cancellations from 29 days to 15 days before arrival;
If the cancellation is received from the 14th day before arrival, there is no refund.
IMPORTANT
The cancellation policy excludes holidays related to promotional offers.
